Little Man is the youngest member of our internship and already its best closer. His specialty is making people feel at ease, which is half of every successful transaction. He has come along to photo shoots, showings and open houses since before he could walk, and he's learning the business the way we did: by being there.

Outside the office he trains in Kung Fu and gymnastics and competes in soccer and basketball. Each one teaches him what we teach at home: discipline, teamwork, and showing up ready.

What sets you apart?

Nobody stays stressed around me. Dad says that's a rare skill in real estate.

What's the internship like?

Lots of listening, lots of practice, and ice cream after a good day's work.

What's the plan?

Work hard, earn my place at a top high school and university, and keep the family business growing for the next generation. Or become a professional Lego builder.
